HAPPY CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR!!

Apologies for the lack of updates, over the past few weeks. Anyone in Ireland, or even watching from afar, will know we are going through unprecedented bail outs and blizzards.

However miserable the country is, the state of our government and the weather, we expect 2011 to be a very exciting year indeed! There are very interesting textile projects, workshops and events coming up next year, and we hope to keep you updates on all things textiles in Ireland and from around the world.

Textile Workshop Dublin

Next Thursday evening we have a fabulous 'Quilted Pincushion Night' in the spacious A4 Art Shop near Christ Church. Come along for cake, tea and stitching to create some Christmas presents while learning to quilt!

And our final workshop of the year will be our soft toy Quirky Creatures sewing workshop!

We've just heard, the Innocent Smoothie Big Knit Hats are going to be hitting the shops over the next few days. A wopping 76,624 hats were made. So, a big smoothie cheers to everyone who made one, two or lots of hats....
