Illustrated Talk by Tunde Toth, National Print Museum, Dublin

22nd of April - next Thursday - at 7.30pm.

Tunde Toth will be presenting an illustrated talk at the National Print Museum of Ireland on theThis talk offers an overview of contemporary practices of renowned paper artists and the 20th IAPMA Congress in 2009 in Tasmania where I have been invited both to exhibit and participate as a tutor of workshops on Experimental Techniques in Silk Fibre Papermaking.

"Next week's event at the Print Museum is also a great opportunity to view unique handmade papers I brought over from Tasmania and the second part of the talk follows my journey through the locations and events of the Congress – professional papermaking studios, galleries, artist’s presentations, specialised paper art workshops and wilderness tours – in a country of extraordinary landscapes and wildlife."

The Museum is located at the Garrison Chapel, Beggars Bush, Haddington Road, Dublin 4 - and admission is free Further information is available on the Museum's web site: www.nationalprintmuseum.ie
