Spinning Classes - 3 week Spinning Course- €65
• 25th September, 2nd October and 16th October from 10:30 – 12:30 each day
This 3 session course introduces spinning on a wheel and will cover fibres and their preparation, carding, colour blending, plying and finishing yarn. Students can bring their own spinning wheels or use our wheels (which are also available to practice instore between classes).
Knitting Classes - Learn to Knit - €25
• Classes are held every Friday morning from 10:30 – 12:30
Learn the basic stitches as well as increases and decreases. Get started on your first project.
Improvers Knitting Class - €25
• Classes are held every Thursday morning from 10:30 – 12:30
Learn new skills by working through a project of your choice. Students focus on the individual skills that they need to improve their knitting
Learn to Make Knitted Bunting - €45
• 7th October 10:30 – 1:00
Spend a morning making knitted bunting. Each student will start one flag and go home with a Kit to make a set of 12 flags.
Learn to Make a Knitted and Felted Christmas Tree - €50
• 19th October 10:30 – 1:00
• 18th November 10:30 – 1:00
• 4th December 10:30 – 1:00
Spend a morning getting started on making a unique knitted Christmas tree in Icelandic Yarn. Materials are included in the fee.
Learn to Make a Baby, Child or Adult Surprise Jacket - €30

Spend a morning getting started on making Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Baby Surprise Jacket. A copy of the original pattern in included for each person. Please ask for the materials list for this class as the materials will depend on what size you wish to make.
Learn to knit Lace - €25
• 2nd October 10:30 – 12:30
Learn how to knit lace. Each student learns the basics of lace patterns and works on a small book mark project. You will need to bring 4mm needles
Learn to Knit Socks - €50
2nd October and 16th October (10:30 – 12:30)
• This class takes place over 2 classes
We teach the toe up method with the after though heel. Each student will have to complete some of the sock between classes.
• Participants in sock classes need 100g sock yarn and 2mm x 100cm circular needle. These materials are available instore
Professional Finishing Class - €25
You are welcome to bring a piece to finish or work on our pieces
• Part 1: 2nd October 3 – 5pm

Tapestry Weaving class - €70

This class takes place over 2 sessions. The first session introduces students to warping and weaving techniques. The second session focuses on a wide variety of weaving techniques.
The cost of the class includes the weaving frame and a selection of yarn butterflies.
