Focus on Irish Textiles Event

FITE (an Irish word meaning “woven”) aims to bring together
all who have an interest in historical textiles and to showcase the high
quality of research undertaken in this area.
FITE will take place in West Wing 5 in University College
Cork on Saturday 26 November 2011.
The day will feature a number of presentations on various aspects of the clothing and textiles of Ireland up to 1700. The programme is now online.
Admission is free and anyone with an interest in the area is invited to attend.
