This is a relaxed workshop exploring various ways of introducing colour to your knitting projects, including stranded knitting, intarsia, lace knitting, and beading.
It includes a presentation of swatches combining different techniques, and a knitting session for you to experiment with techniques and colours. Charts are provided for a choice of swatches of varying complexity.
The emphasis of the workshop is on swatching and experimentation. Once you get familiar with the techniques the charts can be used to make larger projects.
Some experience of colour knitting and reading a chart will be useful! Bring needles and yarn in your choice of colours.
