Saturday morning will start with an introduction by Angela, who will show a variety of interesting work and materials. We will then source inspiration by drawing and collecting material in the grounds of Fota. In the afternoon Angela will demonstrate different approaches, techniques and non-traditional assemblage in a variety of materials. Participants are encouraged to experiment and play with all the materials on a small scale constructing three dimensional samples.
Drawing on the source inspiration, materials and drawing from earlier in the day, participants will develop designs for larger scale three dimensional wearable art pieces.
Development of these ideas and techniques will continue into day two where participant will finish one large piece or a variety of smaller pieces.
