Stitching the Feminine

This collaborative work, was created with a community of individuals with an interest in stitch. It explores ideas of the feminine and the value of work created in the home.  Each participant will host a week long exhibition in their homes for their work, opening up the art object to a very specific audience and personal community, with each participant hosting a launch event for their individual work.
Due to the exhibitions and launches taking place in private homes, these events are strictly on invitation from the hosts or can be arranged by contacting niamhlwhite@gmail.com

As a member of the group, I will host a launch event for my work on Saturday June 30th which is open to the public and all are welcome from 2-9pm
Please see www.niamhwhite.com for further information.
