Kenmare Lace Festival 2013

The new Kenmare Lace Festival website has gone live!

With just under a month to go, the line up of events and workshops have been announced. From Gala Dinners, Fashion Shows, exhibitions, to a packed workshop programme, its looking to be one great Lacy weekend.

"There is a full festival programme with lacemaking workshops in nine different disciplines running over two days. For the fashion conscious there will be millinery and up-styling workshops, a fashion show, meet the designers at the Art & Design Cloister. Exhibitions will showcase the very best in lacemaking and Irish design. There will be a full day of children’s craft and fashion workshops including Kenmare Lacemaking to introduce traditional techniques and design to the younger generation"
