An exhibition that
explores the relationship between the movement and the fabric. How
textiles is being used in performance; from theatre, film, art
installations, circus to dance. How important, how do we see and use
this relationship in our work and our lives?
Kalopsia Collective are now looking for video work by creators exploring this relationship. We are looking for work that challenges the audience to think in new and unconventional ways, break conventions of traditional ‘Textiles’, and break down conventional ideas about what ‘Textiles’ really is.
This submission is very broad and with
open rules. The video can be at any length of time. Accepted video work
will be charged £35 this will go towards promotion, venue, advertising
and the invigilating. Kalopsia Collective are now looking for video work by creators exploring this relationship.
